The Family Futures Resource Network (FFRN) is carrying out a community needs assessment to better understand where and what the needs are in the community, the resources that are available, and services that are still needed. Questions such as whether you know about our services, use our services, where you are travelling from, where you prefer to attend programs and whether the list of services is meeting the needs of the community will help to guide further FFRN planning.
As part of this needs assessment, we are asking community members to share their thoughts and ideas by filling out short a survey. At the end of the survey, you are invited to enter a draw for one of ten $100 grocery gift cards, the draw of which will take place at the end of March or early April.
The information you share will help us to work together with others in our community to address services that are needed the most. We appreciate all feedback, as the feedback that you provide will be used to make future decisions about services. We may also present this information to other agencies – no names will be attached to the data that is aggregated.
